The activation everyone talks about long after the event ends.

Barista Brian is the world's foremost latte artist — recognised by Hollywood, celebrated at global film festivals, and trusted by some of the world's most discerning brands. Now he brings that same exceptional experience to your conference, corporate meeting, or brand activation.

This is not a coffee stand. It is a live performance, a conversation starter, and a shareable moment — all delivered over an expertly crafted cup.

Trusted by global brands and international events including:

-What Is It?-

A live coffee experience unlike anything else on your programme.

Barista Brian creates bespoke latte art portraits — caricatures, company logos, landscapes, pets, and custom designs — poured directly into each guest's cup, in real time, in conversation with them.

The result is a moment of genuine delight. Guests gather, photograph, share, and talk about it for the rest of the event. It is consistently the most engaged-with activation in the room.

With over a decade of experience serving world leaders, Oscar-winning actors, Grammy-winning musicians, Nobel laureates, and C-suite executives across every continent, Brian brings an unmatched level of craft and presence to every engagement.

-What To Expect-

Coffee Caricatures

Brian's signature offering. He engages each guest briefly — learning their face, their role, a detail — and pours a custom portrait directly into the foam. No two are ever alike. Guests consistently describe it as a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Brand & Logo Pours

Your company logo, conference theme, or event hashtag, rendered in latte art. Exceptional for brand activations, product launches, and conference networking breaks. Works beautifully as a branded photo moment for social sharing.

Custom Themed Designs

Landmarks, landscapes, abstract concepts, animals, mascots — Brian works with your event team in advance to incorporate your theme directly into the experience. Every cup becomes part of the story of your event.

-FAQ-

  • Does Brian travel internationally?

Yes. Brian is available for events globally. International engagements are welcomed and he has extensive experience working across continents. All logistics are discussed at enquiry stage.

  • What equipment is needed?

Brian brings his full professional setup. You provide the venue space (a standard 6ft table footprint is sufficient) and access to electricity. Everything else — espresso machine, milk, cups, and all consumables — is handled entirely by Brian's team.

  • How many guests can Brian serve?

This depends on the format and duration of the activation. Brian works with your event team to structure the experience around your guest count and timing. Enquire for a tailored recommendation.

  • Can the experience be branded?

Absolutely. Brian regularly incorporates client logos, event themes, and custom designs into the activation. Please share your brand guidelines when enquiring so we can discuss what is possible.

  • How far in advance should we book?

Brian's calendar fills quickly, particularly for peak conference season (September–November and January–March). We recommend enquiring a minimum of six to eight weeks in advance for domestic events, and three to four months for international engagements.

  • Is pricing available on the website?

All engagements are quoted individually based on event location, duration, format, and logistical requirements.
